Description

From October 15th to 18th in Prilep, 2007 the third module of the training course in the ambit of the guide-line Cultural Heritage for the Macedonian Public Administration took place.

Session 3 was divided into two parts:
- Session III.1, October 15th to 16th. Integration between cultural heritage and related sectors, namely environment, tourism, handicrafts and local products.
The session had the objective to assess those policies of enhancement of the cultural resources which are considered to be an integral sector of the economic activities. Examples and case studies were outlined about the possible activities for improving the natural and environmental resources of the territory.
The two teaching days were held by Mr. Emiliano De Maio, an expert recommended by the Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Activities.

Session III.2, October 17th and 18th. EU and international financing opportunities for the sector of Cultural Heritage.
The session offered participants all the potential financing sources and means of support in the ambit of the European and international programmes which are directly or indirectly related to the cultural sector.
The last two teaching days were held by Mr. Claudio Napoli, an expert recommended by the Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Activities.
