Description

In Prilep (Southern Macedonia) the third module of the training course of the guide-line Protected Areas in the ambit of the Balkans 2 project, was held.
Participants came from the Macedonian Ministry of the Environment and the entities involved in the management of Protected Areas. Furthermore, Directors from the national parks of “Pelister”, “Mavrovo” and “Galicica” were present.
The third module allowed for the in-depth study on local development in Protected Areas, joint processes and environmental certification. The activity focussed on the drafting of a project work through work groups with the assistance of an Italian expert.
Formez has assigned to Mr. Alessandro Bardi (Temi srl, Rome) the task to deal with the training modules on protected areas in Macedonia.
