Description

The training programme proposed by the guide-line Cultural Heritage of the Balkans 2 project has started in Montenegro with the first session dedicated to the Project Cycle Management and aimed at those participants identified by the referents from the Ministries of Culture in the 4 countries of interest (Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia).
During the three days, the topics which will be discussed by the teacher Paolo Bonesso, a trainer from the Project Cycle Management – Direction of Vocational Training and Work, Piemonte region, will focus on provisional planning; analysis: definition of entities and key bodies; problems and objectives – identification of the ambits of intervention; logical framework; planning in the logical framework.
